Kommando paused at the crest of the mountain pass. He carefully checked the LZ for danger. Except for a pair of faint vapor trails distant in the sky, all was clear. He trotted onto the stealthed ship. He entered the briefing room. He felt the spacecraft launch as he braced to attention.

“Report!” His superior barked.

“Covert operation successfully completed, sir. I infiltrated the target’s home by posing as a friend of his young son. I replaced the batteries in their monitoring devices with dead ones. I then rigged their heating device to emit carbon monoxide gas and sealed the building. When the gas had done its job I entered the house and purged all information relating to gravitic theory and research. The investigators concluded their deaths were accidental. I then made my way undetected to the rendezvous point.”

“Good work soldier. Return to Medlab for your consciousness to be transferred back into your own body.”

“Yes sir, thank you sir.” Kommando saluted and marched out. He regretted the death of the boy, he would miss their games of fetch. Some knowledge was just too dangerous to be in Human hands. He couldn’t wait to get out of this dogs’ body.
